Leadership
Ayodeji has spent more than 30 years advising Nigerian SMEs on growth, structure and change. He is a licensed Business Development consultant and was named BDSP of the Year by the Enterprise Development Centre, Lagos Business School and Pan Atlantic University. He serves as Public Relations Officer for the EDC Alumni Association and is currently reading Business Management at Miva University. StaffiQ grew out of the patterns he kept seeing in that consulting work.
