Privacy notice

Last updated 15 July 2026. This notice explains how RevenStrat Integrated Services, the company behind StaffiQ, collects, uses, stores and protects personal data.

Who we are

StaffiQ is a product of RevenStrat Integrated Services, a business management consulting company based in Lagos, Nigeria. This notice applies to the StaffiQ marketing website at staffiq.ng, the StaffiQ application, and anyone who contacts us about StaffiQ.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: your name, work email address, telephone number, company name, job title and message content when you book a demonstration or contact us; account information, training activity, assessment results and administrative records if your organisation becomes a StaffiQ customer; and basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited if analytics are active on this site.

How we use it

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver demonstrations, operate the StaffiQ platform for customer organisations, send service related communication, and understand how our website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

Within a customer organisation, access to training and assessment data is controlled by role, as described in the StaffiQ product. Our own staff and any service providers we use to run our systems only access personal data where reasonably necessary to provide or support the service, under confidentiality obligations.

Where it is stored

StaffiQ is hosted on Firebase, a Google Cloud platform. Data may be processed in data centres outside Nigeria as part of that hosting arrangement. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect data in transit and at rest.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or contractual obligations, and resolve disputes. If your organisation ends its StaffiQ subscription, we agree a reasonable data export and deletion process with you as part of offboarding.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep, and object to certain uses of your data. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
