Last updated 15 July 2026. These terms cover use of the StaffiQ marketing website. Paying customer organisations are additionally bound by their signed StaffiQ services agreement, which takes priority over this page for that organisation.
Who provides StaffiQ
StaffiQ is provided by RevenStrat Integrated Services, a business management consulting company based in Lagos, Nigeria. References to "we", "us" or "StaffiQ" mean RevenStrat Integrated Services.
Using this website
You may browse this website and use the enquiry and demonstration booking forms for genuine business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or submit false information through our forms.
Accounts and the StaffiQ platform
Access to the StaffiQ application itself is only available to organisations with an active subscription, governed by a separate proposal or services agreement covering pricing, term, support and data handling. Nothing on this marketing website constitutes that agreement.
Pricing shown on this site
Listed prices are per active user per month and are correct at the time of publishing, subject to the stated minimum user counts. Optional migration, bespoke content or integration work is quoted separately before it begins. We may update published pricing from time to time; your own agreed pricing is set out in your proposal.
Intellectual property
The StaffiQ name, logo, website content and platform are the property of RevenStrat Integrated Services or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or represent our content or software as your own.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We work to keep this website and the StaffiQ platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. Planned maintenance and unplanned issues can occur, and we will act reasonably to resolve them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RevenStrat Integrated Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
